‘The Fear’ will be the lead single from British singer Lily Allen’s second album ‘It’s Not Me, It’s You’ [scheduled for release February 9th 2009].

The song is written by Lily Allen and Tom Cullimore, produced by Greg Kurstin. The song is a parody that discusses everything that she wants and all the things she would do to have a lot of money and be famous. The music video, which was filmed at Wrest Park, Bedfordshire, England, begins with Allen singing from inside a caravan with a washing line strewn with underwear and a teddybear. She exits, then upon returning, the interior of the mobile home transforms into the hall of a country house. She then wanders throughout the ornate house, which contain colorful and expensive-looking rooms.
